Tluma Terms of Service
Tluma is a product of Devforth sp. z o.o. By using Tluma, the Tluma website, hosted Ask AI pages, or the Tluma widget, you agree to these terms.
Scope
Tluma provides AI-assisted answers, repository-linked chat experiences, embeddable widgets, and related tools. Tluma may rely on third-party infrastructure, hosting, AI models, and software components.
Service Nature
Tluma is offered for convenience and experimentation, not as a guaranteed or error-free system.
AI-generated output may be incomplete, incorrect, misleading, offensive, outdated, or otherwise unsuitable for your use case.
Tluma may change, suspend, rate-limit, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for deciding what data you submit to Tluma and how you use the output.
You must not rely on Tluma as your only backup, system of record, or safety-critical control point.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups, security procedures, and operational safeguards.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Tluma and any data you provide complies with applicable law, contracts, and third-party rights.
Third-Party Services And Content
Tluma may process or display information from GitHub repositories, project websites, AI providers, browsers, hosting providers, or other third parties. Tluma and Devforth sp. z o.o. are not responsible for third-party services, third-party outages, third-party content, or changes made by third parties.
No Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tluma and Devforth sp. z o.o. provide the service on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. This includes disclaimers of implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, and security.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tluma and Devforth sp. z o.o., and their officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates, are not liable for any loss, damage, claim, cost, or liability arising out of or related to your use of Tluma.
This limitation includes, without limitation:
data loss, data corruption, data leakage, or inability to recover data;
service interruptions, downtime, delays, degraded performance, or failed requests;
incorrect AI output, hallucinations, incomplete summaries, or wrong recommendations;
repository, infrastructure, browser, or integration issues;
security incidents, malicious traffic, or unauthorized access attempts;
lost revenue, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of goodwill, or business interruption;
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
If applicable law does not allow some part of the above limitation, liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.
No Responsibility For Backup Or Preservation
You remain solely responsible for backing up and preserving your own information. Tluma and Devforth sp. z o.o. are not responsible for loss of prompts, responses, summaries, repository data, session data, or any other content, even if the loss results from error, outage, deletion, corruption, synchronization issues, or infrastructure failure.
Availability And Support
Tluma does not guarantee continuous availability, response times, bug fixes, or support outcomes. Temporary or permanent outages may occur.
